Substantial Shareholding Notification
The Company was notified on 9 October 2001 under Section 198-210 of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended) that Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment
Trust Plc was interested in 683,500 ordinary shares representing 4.93 per
cent. of the Comino Group plc's issued share capital.
The shares have been registered as follows:
HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited, designation 865752.
In addition, the Company was also notified on 9 October 2001 under Section
198-210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) that Morley Fund Management
Limited was interested in 1,815,000 ordinary shares representing 13.09 per
cent. of the Comino Group plc's issued share capital.
