Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC New 'D' Shares
Allots 930,001 New 'D' Shares in respect of the 2003/2004 Offer
The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT is pleased to announce that 930,001 New 'D'
Shares have been allotted under the Offer in respect of the 2003/2004 tax year.
The Offer will remain open until 31 March 2004.
Dealings in the 930,001 New 'D' Shares allotted in respect of the Offer will
commence on 17 March 2004. The first dividend paid in relation to the New 'D'
Shares will be the interim dividend in respect of the period ending 31 August
2004.
