Confirmation of CFO Designate start date

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.12 and further to the announcement of 29 July 2020 regarding the appointment of Jackie Callaway as Chief Financial Officer Designate and as an Executive Director, Coats Group plc confirms that Jackie Callaway will take up her roles on 1 December 2020.
