Changes to the membership of the Sustainability Committee
Coats Group plc ('Coats' or the 'Company'), the world's leading industrial thread and global footwear component manufacturer, announces that Sarah Highfield will join the Sustainability Committee with effect from 1 January 2024.
Sarah joined the Board on 1 November 2023 as a Non-Executive Director, and she is also a member of the Nomination Committee and a member and Chair Designate of the Audit and Risk Committee.
This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
