The board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that the proposed dividends of
0.25 pence per ordinary share and 0.5 pence per C share referred to in the
Preliminary Results of the Company for the year ended 29 February 2004 announced
on 30 April 2004 will be paid, subject to shareholder approval, on 9 June 2004
to shareholders on the register on 14 May 2004.
