Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC
The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that it has received approval
from H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the dividends out of realised capital profits
as detailed in the Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2006 and
in the announcement of 30 May 2006.
Accordingly, an Ordinary Share dividend of 1.7 pence will be paid out of
realised capital profits and a D Share dividend of 2 pence will be paid
(comprising 1.0p revenue and 1.0p paid out of realised capital profits).
Dividends will be paid on 14 July 2006 to shareholders on the register on 16
June 2006.
