At a meeting held yesterday, the Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC resolved to
extend the 'D' Share issue up to 10.00am on 5 April 2004.  Accordingly the last
time and day for receipt of applications for 'D' Shares will be 10.00am on
Monday 5 April 2004 on which day shares will also be allotted.
