Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC New 'D' Shares
Allots 550,212 New 'D' Shares in respect of the 2003/2004 Offer
The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT is pleased to announce that a further
550,212 New 'D' Shares have been allotted under the 2004 Offer in respect of the
2003/2004 tax year which together with the 2,793,416 New 'D' shares which we
have already allotted make a total of 3,343,628 New 'D' Shares.
Dealings in the 550,212 New 'D' Shares allotted in respect of the 2004 Offer
will commence on 6 April 2004. The first dividend paid in relation to the New '
D' Shares will be the interim dividend in respect of the period ending 31 August
2004.
