The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 30 June 2007, the
unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 89.14 pence per share and 134.67 pence per share respectively.



This net asset value does not account for the 2.5 pence per share for the
Ordinary and 'D' shares declared on 26 June 2007. This dividend will be paid on
3 August 2007 to shareholders on the register as at 6 July 2007.
