The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 18 July 2007, the
unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 86.19 pence per share and 132.85 pence per share respectively.


These became ex-dividend on 4 July 2007 and these net asset values per share
therefore account for the 2.5 pence dividends. These dividends will be paid on 3
August 2007 to shareholders on the register as at 6 July 2007.
