The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 7 November 2007,
the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 74.96 pence per share and 125.72 pence per share respectively.

These net asset values do not account for the dividends of 2.50 pence per share
for the Ordinary shares and the D shares, declared by the Board on 24 October
2007. These dividends are subject to approval by HM Revenue & Customs. The
record date and payment date of these dividends will be announced on the London
Stock Exchange RNS service.
