The Board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 5 December 2007,
the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 65.73 pence per share and 116.52 pence per share respectively.



The shares became ex-dividend on 28 November 2007 and this net asset value per
share therefore accounts for the 2.50 pence per share dividend for both Ordinary
and 'D' shares. These dividends will be paid on 28 December 2007 to shareholders
on the register on 30 November 2007.
