Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC
The board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 15 November 2006,
the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 82.91 pence and 118.99 pence respectively.
This is before accounting for the dividends of 2.5 pence per Ordinary share and
1.3 pence per D share as announced on 16 November 2006. The dividends will be
paid on 18 December 2006 to shareholders on the register on 24 November 2006.
The shares will become ex-dividend on 22 November 2006.
