Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC


The board of Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC announces that as at 22 February 2006,
the unaudited net asset values of the Ordinary shares and the 'D' shares were
approximately 85.38 pence and 119.42 pence per share respectively.   In
accordance with the new International Financial Reporting Standards, the fund is
now valued at Bid rather than Mid-market prices.
