NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

GPG announces it was notified on 24 June 2013 by Salt Funds Management Ltd ("Salt") that on 24 May 2013 Salt's interest in GPG increased to 62,218,108 shares being 4.42% of the Company's total voting rights.

Salt advised that the names of the shareholders whom they represent are as follows:
