POSTING OF LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS HOLDING FEWER

THAN 1,000 GPG SHARES

GPG announces that it is making available to shareholders who hold fewer than 1,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company a cost free special dealing service (the "Dealing Service").  A letter to such shareholders dated 9 November 2011 setting out the terms of the Dealing Service is today being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and this will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
