Pursuant to its authority to purchase its own shares, Close Brothers AIM VCT plc
('the Company') announces that it today purchased 3,000 'C' Shares in the
Company at a price of 65p per share and 22,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at
a price of 63p per share.
