Results of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Coats announces that at the AGM, held at the Company's Registered Office on 19 May 2021, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by way of a poll vote by the requisite majority.
Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 83% of the issued share capital. The total number of ordinary shares in issue in relation to the AGM is 1,452,570,385.
