Results of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
Coats announces that at the AGM, held in London on 17 May 2023, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by way of a poll vote by the requisite majority.
Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 88% of the issued share capital. The total number of ordinary shares in issue in relation to the AGM is 1,597,810,385.
