Dawson plc.
DISCLOSURE UNDER RULE 3 OF THE RULES GOVERNING SUBSTANTIAL
ACQUISITION OF SHARES:
DAWSON INTERNATIONAL LTD
Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary companies ('GPG') announce that,
consequent upon the following on-market purchases of ordinary shares of 50p
each ('Shares') of Dawson International PLC ('Dawson') on 14 March 2002, it has
increased its holding to 30,361,833 shares representing 29.97% of the issued
share capital of Dawson:
