Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC
Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC ('the Company') is today publishing its Report and
Accounts for the year ended 29 February 2004 and launching a 10% top-up share
offering of up to 3.1 million Ordinary Shares for investors in the current tax
year. The Offer is conditional, inter alia, on the passing of the relevant

The Offer represents an opportunity to gain exposure to one of the most

currently being experienced by many small public UK companies traded on AIM.
