Summary of Stock Actions
When it announced its 1999 final results on 7 March 2000, GPG also announced its
intention to give shareholders the opportunity to exchange at least 40% of their
ordinary shares for unsecured convertible loan notes ('CULS'). A listing will
be sought on each of the three Stock Exchanges on which GPG is listed, being
London, Australia and New Zealand. The issue of CULS and the share buyback are
subject to shareholder approval and a circular containing further details to
shareholders will be issued shortly.
The Company also announced on 7 March 2000 its intention to effect its usual one
for ten capitalisation issue.
