Pursuant to its authority to purchase its own shares, Close Brothers AIM VCT plc
('the Company') announces that it today purchased 107,654 Ordinary Shares in the
Company at a price of 68p per share and 75,000 'D' Shares in the Company at a
price of 87p per share.
