Application for admission and Total Voting Rights
On 5 March 2020, the Company announced that it had issued a total of 1,745,007 new ordinary shares of 1p each.
Application for Admission
An application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for 1,745,007 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'New Shares') to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ('Admission'). The New Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all the other ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of Company that are then in issue.
It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12 March 2020.
Total Voting Rights
As a result of the share issues set out in this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 155,492,145 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 155,492,145 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
About the Company:
The Company is the owner of the Wudinna Gold Project. The Wudinna Gold Project is located on the Eyre Peninsula in the Central Gawler Gold Province, a 450-kilometre-long arcuate belt in South Australia which contains numerous mineral occurrences.
