The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 1,626 new ordinary shares
of 10p each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of share
options under the Cohort plc SAYE Scheme.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 29,477,161 ordinary shares of
10p each. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number
of voting rights in Cohort plc is 29,477,161.
Application has been made for admission of these Shares to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc and it is
expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence on 16 May 2007.
