Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cohort announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2021 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being posted or otherwise made available to its shareholders today and copies are now available on the Cohort website (at cohortplc.com/investors/results-reports-presentations) or by request.

The AGM will be held at 3.00pm on 20 September 2021 at Phyllis Court, Marlow Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2HT.  Full details of the resolutions are set out in the Notice. In the event that any restrictions are in place at the time of the AGM, we will ensure that any changes to the AGM arrangements are published on our website (cohortplc.com).
