Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Cohort announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2022 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being posted or otherwise made available to its shareholders today and copies are now available on the Cohort website (at cohortplc.com/investors/results-reports-presentations) or by request.

The AGM will be held at 12.30pm on 27 September 2022 at Armourers' Hall, 81 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5BJ .  Full details of the resolutions are set out in the Notice.
