Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the Shares) to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will be granted on 24 August 2020.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time under the terms of the Cohort plc Company Share Option Plan.
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company.
