Resignation of Director
Cohort plc today announces that Ian Dale-Staples, who joined the Board following the acquisition of SEA in 2007, has resigned from the Board for personal reasons on 24 June 2009.
Nick Prest said, 'On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Ian for his contribution to the Group and wish him well for the future.'
