Director Shareholdings
The Company has been informed today that Stanley Carter, non-executive director of the Company transferred 17,648 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to his wife and two of his children, representing a transfer of 15,824 ordinary shares of 10p each to his wife and 912 ordinary shares of 10p each to each child. Following this transaction, Stanley Carter's beneficial interest and that of his persons closely associated in ordinary shares of the Company is 9,104,904, representing 22.23% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
