Cohort plc ('Cohort' or the 'Company')
On 10 October 2007, Nick Prest CBE, Chairman and director of the Company,
informed the Company that as part of the placing announced on 10 October 2007,
he has purchased 105,000 ordinary shares at the placing price of 150p.
Following this transaction Mr. Prest's total shareholding increased to 2,064,580
representing 4.99% of the Company's issued share capital, following completion
of the placing and acquisition and assuming maximum election for shares by the
vendors of SEA (Group) Ltd.
