Grant of options  

The Company announces the following grant of unapproved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

The unapproved options were granted on 23 July 2010 pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006. The options can be exercised between 24 July 2013 and 23 July 2020.

The Company also announces the following grant of approved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

The approved options were granted on 27 July 2010 pursuant to the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006 (and approved by HM Revenue & Customs on 10 April 2006). The options are made pursuant to three year savings contracts.
