COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Exercise of Share Options
The Company was notified yesterday by the trustees of the Cohort Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that they have transferred ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to Directors of the Company following the exercise of options pursuant to the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("SAYE Scheme") as set out below:

Other employees have exercised options pursuant to the SAYE Scheme and the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme which will also be satisfied by the transfer of shares currently held by the EBT. Following these transactions a total of 607,178 ordinary shares, representing 1.48 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
