The Company has been informed that on 17 March 2014 Mr Thomis applied to transfer 10,000 Ordinary Shares into a nominee account in his name, which will be gifted to his wife. His wife has applied to invest £11,520 of this shareholding in Ordinary Shares in an ISA before 31 March 2014, and the remaining number of Ordinary Shares, up to the 2014/15 ISA allowance, between 31 March and 30 April 2014.

Following these transactions, Mr Thomis' interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares has reduced to 51,710, representing 0.13% of the total issued share capital of Cohort. Note the announcement on 25 September 2013 incorrectly stated Mr Thomis' holding as 51,041 (actual 51,953). The missing 912 shares relate to an SAYE exercise in July 2009 which was correctly announced at the time.

The Company has been informed that on 25 March 2014 Mr Walther applied to transfer 8,000 Ordinary Shares into a nominee account in his name, and 10,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife.
