Director Shareholdings

The Company was informed yesterday that Mr Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, exercised options over 218,541 Ordinary Shares granted pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme and subsequently sold these shares at an average price of 375p per share.

The Company was informed today that a SIPP held in the name of Mr Thomis purchased 2,350 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 376p per share. 

Following these transactions, Mr Thomis's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares has increased to 100,000, representing 0.24% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
