Cohort plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that, on 16 February 2018, Mr Andrew Thomis notified the Company that he had received 2,602 ordinary shares of 10 pence each from the trustee of the Cohort plc Employee Benefit Trust pursuant to the exercise of an option granted under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme on 11 August 2014. Following the transaction, Andrew Thomis' interest and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares is 122,530 shares, representing 0.30% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
