Cohort, the independent technology group, today announces the following director share transactions.

Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive

Cohort plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that on 16 November 2018 Andrew Thomis transferred 2,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company held in his own name into his ISA. These shares were originally granted as options on the 14 August 2015 under a three-year term and matured on the 1 September 2018 under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

Following this transaction, Andrew Thomis' interest and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares remained at 142,462, representing 0.35% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
