Director Shareholdings
The Company announces that it was notified on 28 April 2023 that:
a) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 28 April 2023, Andrew Thomis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) sold 4,598 Shares at a price of 435 pence per share from his nominee account and then repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), 4,590 Shares at a price of 435.66 pence per share.
b) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 28 April 2023, Yasmin Thomis, a PCA of Andrew Thomis, sold 4,598 shares at a price of 435 pence per share from her nominee account and then repurchased into her ISA, 4,589 shares at a price of 436.66 pence per Share.
c) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 28 April 2023, Simon Walther, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) sold 4,643 Shares at a price of 431 pence per share from his nominee account and then repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), 4,636 Shares at a price of 431.37 pence per share.
d) in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, on 28 April 2023, Phillippa Walther-Caine, a PCA of Simon Walther, sold 4,642 shares at a price of 431 pence per share from her nominee account and then repurchased into her ISA, 4,636 shares at a price of 431.37 pence per Share.
