COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholdings
Cohort plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of directors of the Company in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Grant of Share Options
On 18 September 2019 share options pursuant to the Cohort plc 2016 Company Share Option Plan were granted to directors of the Company as follows:

The options can be exercised between 18 September 2022 and 17 September 2029.
Automatic Dividend Reinvestment
The Company also notifies the market that, following the payment of the final dividend on 18 September 2019, dividends received in respect of Ordinary Shares held by Andrew Thomis in an individual SIPP account were automatically reinvested in Ordinary Shares at a price of 513.30 pence per share. The number of Ordinary Shares held in the SIPP account of Andrew Thomis increased by 107 Ordinary Shares.
