Grant of options 

The Company announces the following grant of Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

Both EMI and unapproved options were granted on 11 July 2008 pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006. The options can be exercised between 12 July 2011 and 11 July 2018.
