MASS Wins Multi-Million Electronic Warfare Contract

Cohort's wholly owned subsidiary MASS Consultants Ltd has been awarded a multi-million pound contract as part of the Logica-led Team Excalibur for certain key aspects of the UK MoD's Project Shepherd.  Project delivery will take place within a three year period. This contract follows the announcement made in October 2010 when Team Excalibur was selected as the preferred bidder for the UK MOD's Project Shepherd.

Project Shepherd will provide a significant information management upgrade for the UK's Defence Electronic Warfare Centre.  At the heart of this system will be Thurbon, the MASS advanced electronic warfare data management system.

Commenting on the contract win, Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive of Cohort, said:

"We are delighted to have been awarded this contract, which is strategically important for MASS.  It provides another clear demonstration of MASS's unique expertise in the important area of electronic warfare operational support."
