Update on Acquisition of SEA (Group) Ltd


Cohort plc ('Cohort' or the 'Company') announces that the offer for SEA (Group)
Ltd ('SEA'), which became wholly unconditional on 17 October 2007, has closed.

At 1:00pm on 7 November 2007 valid acceptances of the offer had been received in
respect of 100 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of SEA. In respect
of acceptances received between 1:00pm on 24 October 2007 and 1:00pm on 7
November 2007, the Company has applied for a further 79,535 shares to be
admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that
these shares will be admitted to AIM on 14 November 2007.
