Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions contained within the Notice of Meeting dated 26 September 2023 were duly passed by shareholders.

·      ELAC SONAR supplies advanced sonar systems and underwater communications to global customers in the naval marketplace.  Acquired by Cohort in December 2020.  www.elac-sonar.de
