TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - REPLACEMENT

The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 30 October 2020 under RNS number 8312D:

The issued share capital as at 30 October 2020 originally read as 40,947,569 Shares which has now been corrected to 40,970,633 Shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that as at 30 October 2020 the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 40,970,633 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the Shares ). The Shares carry voting rights of one vote per Share.

The Company does not currently hold any Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 40,970,633 may be used by shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's Shares under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
