                            Director's Shareholding


The Company received notification on 25 January 2007 from Wendy Nicholls, a
director of the Company, that she has today sold 45,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 2.08p per Ordinary
Share. Following this sale Mrs Nicholls has a beneficial interest in 260,354
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.64 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
