                            Director's Shareholding

The Company received notification on 25 September 2007 from Robert Barker, a
director of the Company, that he has today sold 13,500 and his wife Julie Barker
has sold 6,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares'), together representing voting rights of 0.13%, at a price of 245p per
Ordinary Share. Following this sale Robert Barker and persons connected to him
have a beneficial interest in 105,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.67% of the
voting rights and of the Company's issued share capital.
