The Company today announces that options have been granted for nil
consideration pursuant to agreements made between Mourant & Co Trustees
Limited of 22 Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8PX, as trustees of the
Colefax and Fowler Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust (the 'Trustees') and
the Directors named below:

The options were granted by the Trustees on 14th November, 2001 and the
aggregate exercise price per option is £1.  The options may not normally be
exercised before the first anniversary of the date of grant and will lapse if
not exercised within ten years of the date of grant.  The options are not
approved by the Inland Revenue.
