RESULT OF AGM and GM

All resolutions proposed at Colefax's Annual General Meeting and General Meeting held on Tuesday 11 September were duly passed.

At the General Meeting to approve a waiver under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code there were 2,226,080 votes cast representing 18.1% of the ordinary share capital of which 99.6% were in favour of the resolution.
