ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF JUNE 4, 2015
The Annual General Meeting of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain shareholders was held today in Paris. Shareholders present or represented at the meeting held an aggregate 63.79% of the outstanding shares. All the resolutions were adopted.
Ms. Anne-Marie-Idrac and Ms. Olivia Qiu as well as Mr. Denis Ranque and Mr. Jacques Pestre were re-elected to the Board.
Shareholders also approved the payment of a dividend of €1.24 per share (unchanged from the previous year), with payment of 50% in cash, and the option for the shareholder of receiving the remaining 50% in cash or reinvesting it in new shares of Company stock. Shareholders may exercise their rights between June 10 and June 24, by notifying their bank or broker. The price of the new shares issued upon reinvestment of the dividend will be €36.62 after applying the maximum 10% discount. The ex-dividend date will be June 10 and the dividend will be paid or the shares delivered as from July 3, 2015.
A webcast of the Annual General Meeting and the results of the vote on each resolution will be available on the Company's website (www.saint-gobain.com) as from June 5, 2015.
