FIRST-QUARTER 2002 CONSOLIDATED SALES UP 5.6%
ON A COMPARABLE STRUCTURE
Lapeyre Group consolidated sales amounted to €313.5 million in the first three
months of 2002, down 9.2% from the prior-year period. This decline results from
the disposal of Group businesses already carried out or in progress. On a
comparable structure, sales increased by 5.6%.

Sofiplas), and the closing of the B2C subsidiary in Spain.
